Pic Scanner and Pic Scanner Gold apps let you scan photos with iPhone or iPad. Scan 4 pictures at a time, these apps automatically detect, crop and save them individually.

Pic Scanner and Pic Scanner Gold (Apps) are distributed by App Initio Limited (We, Us) under Apple's standard software license for iOS apps - the App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA); enjoy reading it in full here.

The summary below highlights some of the key points of this EULA, to give you the general idea:

1) Apps are licensed, not sold, to you. You get a non-transferable license to use the Apps on any iPhone, iPad or iPod touch that you own or control.

2) You may not redistribute the Apps (e.g. on a network, where it could be used by multiple users) or resell it.

3) Do not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or try to access or modify the source code of the Apps. If you do, We may terminate this license, and you may be subject to prosecution and damages.

4) In using the Apps if you link to third party service providers or web sites, we are not responsible for their services, content, reliability and policies.

5) We may change, suspend, remove, disable or limit access to any services offered by Us, or third-parties, at any time without notice, and without liability.

6) Apps come with NO WARRANTY; they are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis. You use them at your own risk. We will not be liable for any losses or damages suffered by you, direct indirect or consequential, by your use of the Apps.

7) Use of the Apps is governed by the laws of the State of California, and possibly also other local, state, national, or international laws.

Pic Scanner is an iOS app to scan photos and picture albums. The app can also be used to edit, label, organize and share, save or archive scanned photos.

However, downloads and purchases from the App Store involve your sharing PII and non-PII with Apple Inc. We are not responsible for the practices employed and the use of such information by Apple or other third parties that may have access to your PII or non-PII due to your use of Pic Scanner.

Web site

When you visit our Web site either from a computer or a mobile device, we do not automatically collect any PII from you. We may, however, collect non-PII through cookies or other Internet tools. The non-PII may be used to improve our Web site, apps and customer experience, and to deliver product announcements, software updates and special offers.

Social media

When you visit our pages on social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter etc., we do not collect any PII from you.
However, visiting our social media pages may involve your sharing PII and non-PII with the social network operators. Their use of this information is governed by their privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices employed and the use of such information by them.
When, as a member of social networking Web sites, you link your accounts to our social media pages, for example by choosing to ‘Like’ or ‘Follow’ Pic Scanner, you are knowingly providing us both PII and non-PII from your social media profile that is collected on an individual basis. Communication

When you email us directly or contact us through contact forms on our Web sites to provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports etc., you knowingly disclose to us PII that is collected on an individual basis.
